ORDERING

visualaid-shop.com may choose not to accept an order for any reason;Goods ordered are printed to order.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Website. The price is inclusive of VAT and excludes delivery charges.
After the order is received you will be sent a confirmation by email with the details, description and price for the Goods.

PRINT PRODUCTION

All posters are high-quality inkjet on coated paper printed to order. They are printed with water-based ink are therefore soluble and subject to marking if gotten wet. We recommend framing prints.

RIGHTS OF SELLER

visualaid-shop.com reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time and will make every effort to ensure prices are correct when you place an order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any Goods from the Website at any time.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

visualaid-shop.com will be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase.

DELIVERY

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 7 working days of acceptance of order. International orders will be shipped within 7 days.
visualaid-shop.com will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified in the order.

Production of posters and related delivery to the United States of America is split between 2 suppliers. If a mixed order is submitted you will be subject to 2 delivery costs. Their sum still being mopre cost effective than printing and delivering the whole order in the USA. This is because the cost for printing he larger formats is cheaper in the United Kingdom. Sizes printed in the USA are A4, A3, A2, 8×10”, 11×14” and 16×20”. All other sizes A1, A0, 20×30”,24×30” 30×40” and 60×40” are all printed in the United Kingdom and subject to international delivery charges.

Delivery to Europe is subject to international delivery charges due to all European orders being printed and delivered from the United Kingdom

Standard delivery is the cheaper option and is non-trackable. We label all packaged with an if undelivered sticker to return to VA HQ. Standard delivery is taken at your own risk. We always recommend that you request the recorded delivery option which is trackable.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN

You should inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and should notify us in writing or by email at contact@visualaid-shop.com within 7 days if the Goods are damaged stating your order number. If you fail to do so you will be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, you should return the goods within 7 days of delivery. You will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

You have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the order and receive a refund by returning the Goods within 7 days of receipt at your expense in the original packaging and should adequately insure the package.

You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number inside the package.
